Congrats to AwesomeDangerWolf!Their kitty was chosen to be one of this week's Bejeweled Cats, in my series of kitties in pretty jewelry.
This means they will receive a free 2.5x3.5 inch print of this artwork.
A contented calico lounges in a teal crystal and green pearl necklace, surrounded by many silk and satin pillows.

If anyone would like to volunteer their kitty cat to be a model in the series, simply comment here, and attach a link, or send me a note here on DA with a link. I will add it to a list of cats I will seriously consider, and any cat is a good candidate(even one-eyed and blind kitties, or those with a missing paw. All kitties are special and wonderful).
Clear, closeups(or larger, full-sized images) of the potential cat models is a must to be selected, and if I select your cat, I will send you a free print of the artwork. How about that!

I would love you to do portraits of my cats! I'm not sure how to post a link here, but if you look up my profile on Facebook and check my Profile Pictures, you will find pictures of my Snowshoe Siamese and Calico Maine Coon. I have other shots, these are just to give you an idea. the Tabby is a photo of a Scottish Wildcat, an endangered species. I hope you choose to paint them, they are gorgeous cats!

They are the Calico Maine Coon and the Snowshoe Siamese. The Tabby picture is of a Scottish Wildcat, an endangered species. This is a gorgeous picture and a gorgeous cat. I love how the jewels aren't overstated, too. They're just big enough to be noticed, but not overwhelm kittyhead there. I love the curtain on the left there, too.
