Congrats to kawaii-japan-fan!Their kitty Ginger was chosen as one of this week's Bejeweled Cats series! That means they will recieve a free 2.5x3.5 inch print of the original!
This sweet orange and white feline loves wearing her emerald collar, set in real 24 karat gold. She looks quite comfortable too!

If anyone would like to volunteer their kitty cat to be a model in the series, simply comment here, and attach a link, or send me a note here on DA with a link. I will add it to a list of cats I will seriously consider, and any cat is a good candidate(even one-eyed and blind kitties, or those with a missing paw. All kitties are special and wonderful).
Clear, closeups(or larger, full-sized images) of the potential cat models is a must to be selected, and if I select your cat, I will send you a free print of the artwork. How about that!

For now, I think I have a pretty good amount, actually! My post got a surprising amount of offers, so I have a decent amount now. If/when I need more, I shall make another journal entry regarding it.If you have more kitties to share, you can submit them at that time.

What an absolutely beautiful painting, and your colour and background choices are just perfect to show off the white and ginger markings. That emerald collar is something I'd love to wear
I love all the touches of highlight throughout this, it really gives the effect of luxury to the materials, as if they're all made from silk and satin.
