The thing I really love about this photo is not only the perfect bokeh, but how the model is 'holding' the bokeh!!! It looks like the light is falling down :3

hi Joshua! I made this image in 2 steps. First I take a photo of the lights alone, after this, I make a photo for myself with the ligths off. Then I joined the two photos in one.
