Well, I don't have much time at present, but I'm thinking about making one, yes. This costume is such beautiful and I like the colors !
Did you use sewing patterns ? How did you do the patterns and details on the dress... ? And what kind of fabric is it (velvet ?) ?
Last think I'm afraid of : Elsa's blond hair, I'm a brunette, so I don't think that any beautiful blond wig in this world will suit me right !

I hand painted all of the patterns. Actually I made the patterns on a piece of paper, put them over the fabric and with one of those fabric paint pens made them, and after that I colored everything in.
The fabric used for the dress I don't remember the name (I'll see if I still have the receipt with the name and I'll tell you), but for the cloak I used plush fabric, which it is very similar to velvet (I couldn't find velvet in the right color, and looking for it I found the plush one, hahah!).
And I wouldn't be worried about the hair, I'm a brunette as well! The wig I bought years ago, I'm not quite sure of the color, but I think it is a platinum blonde.
