You are walking down in the alleyway at 12 o'clock midnight. You ask,"Where's the petrificator?" to nobody in particular. Suddenly, a dark figure walks out from behind a dumpster. He hands you the device, and tells you,"This button petrifies, this button reverses, and this button takes the photo." You two walk away in opposite directions.
2 months later. Your girlfriend persuades you to go down to the beach. It was a normal experience until dusk, when everybody else has left. "Hey, babe, want to take some images of me?" You agree, and pull out the petrificator which looks unbelievably like a regular camera. Your girlfriend poses on the rocks, you aim the camera, and reach your finger toward the "petrify" button. She is instantly turned to stone.
Ending 1: Immediately, you take an image. The photograph is rolled out of the petrificator, and you stuff that in your back pocket. You unfreeze her, and take a second image. Life continues on normally, except for short, stoney moments like these.
Ending 2: You take an image, and mumble,"You look like you belong here. I'll just leave you to the tides." You walk away, smiling, knowing that she is in a better place.
