What happens on the next chapter, Itachi and ulquiorra will fight, I guess.
But my main plan is to introduce more shinobi.
So Naruto, sakura, sai, and Yamato will appear on sasuke's trail which will lead them into Hueco Mundo.

I don't think Ulquiorra and Itachi are a good pair for a fight. Their personalities are the same pretty much, but fighting wise, Itachi can just use Amaterasu on Ulquiorra till he burns, if not, use Tsukiyomi to trap him in a time-space Genjutsu, if not block all of Ulquiorra's efforts with Susanoo. Itachi is more of a subtle fighter, while Ulquiorra is more of a direct fighter, and as we know, unless the direct finds a hole in the subtle's defenses, they always lose.

This match up is one of the most popular in Bleach/Naruto fandom.
You sound like its easy to hit ulquiorra with any attack, lol. Its called dodging.
Besides, don't count ulquiorra out so fast. He still has two more releases to take on Itachi's Susanoo.....

Itachi is rarely one to be defeated. There's only one time he was defeated, and that was against TB. He beat Orochimaru like he was nothing, Nagato like he was nothing (Which is an astonishing feat, considering Nagato is his superior, in both Akatsuki rank and Sharingan eyes), outsmarted Kabuto with Izanami, was playing with Sasuke all through his fight with him just so he can exhaust his Chakra for Orochimaru to show. Naruto and Kakashi could hardly beat his doppelganger at a third of his Chakra w/o Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi or Susanoo.
Then there's Ulquiorra. There's no doubt, he's strong, strong enough to level Las Noches, that much is unquestionable. But against someone who can set you ablaze just by looking at you, even with the Pesquisa to sense it and the Sonido to dodge it, you'd have to be basically dodging eyesight. Only Raikage was able to dodge it, but he was going at his fastest. If that doesn't work, he's a master Genjutsu expert, Ulquiorra would be under his Genjutsu before he even knew he was being manipulated. Although, one could argue his nihilistic ability 'to see through things that don't really exist' could provide with a good counter measure, but we never really see it in action, so

I'd say a better opponent for Itachi would be Aizen, both are illusionary types and very hard to beat xD

Not to mention Itachi hasn't seen Aizen's Kyoka Suigetsu in action, so that gives him a distinct advantage.

but when Ulqi releases it heals all damage not to mention hes faster and has high speed regeneration
