I love Aliens. Any of the film Aliens are great. But Gigers original Alien will always have a special place in my heart. The human skull under the head carapace, the bio-mechanical design...its just sheer brilliance.So here is my simple tribute to the brilliant Alien. I tried to get the details as close to the original Giger design as possible
Not sure why its glowing though!

well actually the other Aliens seem to have a somewhat similar design, just less human, but i think the Stalker in the upcomming aliens colonial marines will have a design like this

so they do have eyes and the top of there head is like a one way mirror

Nope, they still dont have eyes but you can see the skull if you look very closly while watching the film. Im not sure why Giger put a human skull in the alien design, perhaps to make it look more creepy

and it did come out of a human they actually did the same thing with the predalien in AVP requiem its in the bonus features

same here, i always loved the way the original alien moved and looked in the first movie, it made it look more frightning then the others, anywayz great job

I see a nose, and eyes in the bulb part of its head, it had a face? Anyways, great job.

Yeah, the original alien design had a real human skull at the front of the head. Only the eyes and nose were visible so it looked like the aliens mouth was the skulls mouth, if you see what I mean
