You forget one thing. Cabadath can TELEPORT. Of course Pyramid Head isn't going to kill Cabadath. Cabadath is going to get mad and take Pyramid Head back to Chzo. Chzo is going to turn Pyramid head on Trilby and Trilby is going to go insane.

I def noticed that, but I think I justified it to myself by thinking it was better to go too lanky on Cab than not enough.
