Well now... Entry for 's contest....i think i kinda went off the theme a bit... >_> anyways i really like it even if it's not accepted into the contest XBPlease note i am not a Beatmania fan so i have no idea about Beatmania stuff...
This one of my OC's ...her name is Summer, she is one of the first characters i ever made along side my Alberto who were both designed as pop'n music fan characters...i kinda thought she'd be cool...and i have not drawn her in a long time..

I listen to Xepher and Doll when drawing this.
Summer is very happy, well liked person but she is very emotional due to Alberto's past which affects her a lot... hence the not smiling and unhappyness...Lost in Berto's thoughts ... the wings being that of Serenti...something pure Alberto see's Summer as something more wonderful than she really is...The necklace, Given by Alberto, The sweatband belongs to Yobi, The armour is Dokoshin's ....things that belong to the people she is closest to, i was going to add a Kagi sword but it didn't look right so i added water as Kagi is Mutian and water is in his blood ....not literally...and i could not think of anything Tanah like ...as nothing would fit XD
Wings also represent her being Eldamaridian
Anyways enough rambling...

Em...random blue colour...then i added random white parts, added a darker bit... little white ball things...blured the whole thing and it came out pretty like that! ...really i was just testing and i actually liked how it turned out...it was by chance it looked good XD i'm normally lame at stuff like that :B

Inspired by Xepher and Doll, eh? It certianly fits well. (Especially Xepher)
I love the gentile feeling of flow from her hair and the dress... (err... skirt-peice? Chamoise? What do you call that pink, translucent thing? XD)
And the wings... Just, OMG! >.<
And the lighting effects are brilliant!
The bright glowy water against the dark misty background...
And the little mystical whispy effects rising are a beautiful touch.
(Forgive me... my adjectives seem to be broken today. XD)
There's... really not much more I can say.
This is just one of those pictures that I just want to stare at forever.
It gives me such a warm peiceful feeling... T___T
So, I'm gonna steal this and put it on my phone.

Aha! ok were to start... My amazing...lyboring text about shape and form says, start with the totality of the picture, so I'll do! judging by the overall look of it... I'd judge it as so amazing it hurts, in the nice way <3 You said you weren't in the mood to draw, and all of a sudden you do this picture and the serbaru one, both some of your best in my opinion! (and remember kei is alwaysright, mere mortal D:< ) I think you should be inspired by music more often, look what it makes you do!
It's great to see summer again too, you've drawn her really pretty! Bet Alberto would be a happy boy... Imagining her like a pretty angel, so like him indeed XD the pose and expression go perfect together, they make the picture, you know... relaxing, kinda spiritual-like, but not completely quiet, as the wings and clothes add movement to the whole thing, as if something magic was going on just around her... gah, you know what I mean XD I love, LOVE the white on the clothes, hoe you gave them that pink/blueish reflection, I remember you once said you could not add many different colours in the shading, but see, YOU LIED TO ME D:< *sulks* I think that turned out amazing! I'm also in love with her skin, as always because you can make skin look sexy in any condition. The translucid wings add a lot to the picture, you did an amazing job on them... But what I love the most is.. Dun dun dun... that water <3 cause it has the perfect water texture, PLUS IT'S SHINY, and shiny is good! you did this in OC right? cause then I'd love to have that animated version of the picture, you know, to stalk your steps.. I'll make sure to remind you in MSN >=3 summer being so shiny in contrast with the dark background is a great effect too, it makes her stand out, and her hair IS THE SEX IN IT'S BLONDE FORM. The highlights here are handsome.. yes highlights can be handsome D:
And if the picture was already sexy, you go and add a sexy description too, HOW DARE YOU! I love those details you wrote about dokoshin's armour, or yobi's sweatband, I had no diea, but it was great to know! kagi being water beat them all, now that was sexy XD BAH! I want to see more pictures like this, you heard me?? if I ever hear you say your art is not amazing again, I'll get you with... Uhm... my tablet pen.
