Another screenshot of my femshep, Sarah, this time during a little chat with Garrus (who is off-screen, obviously).Garrus is much too kickass to be denied some femshep luvin'.
Still keeping my maleshep away from prying eyes, as I've yet to get some more decent screenshots of him and decide which to post first.

I'm pretty sure it's in the make-up options. I've never modded my Mass Effect games, so it's definitely attainable with the core game. I really can't remember if I chose something special, or if it's a look that can be achieved with the shade I picked, but my best bet would be that it's tied to the selected eye-shape.

Your fem shep looks soooooooo cute! So much different than mine, although oddly the voice for femshep fit well with the looks of mine... which i didn't think it was going to.

Thanks. And, well, I noticed mine seems to share some of the defaultfemShep's facial features, so I'm not surprised if she might resemble someone else's. :3
