works for me dear, old buildings always have that decay feel about them
I suppose the yellow tinge is cause you took a picture with a camera under artificial light ?
(Edit maybe that some what changed the nature of the green, see below)

A little critique here dear, I know you don't ask
but you know me, cant keep my trap shut at times 
The green I would have used less of as it tends to draw away from the lovely light & shadow 3D effect you have going
(it seems a little flat 2D tone wise)
That incidentally always I think has an element of passing about it as in the last rays of a sunset, which I think works well for the word "Decay"
I see were you were gong with that thought, as in nature will reclaim all we have build it time...So very true
Regardless dear this is beautifully crafted Art
