Some Rules/Guide:

-You can request a leasing with an activity term OR a time term. That means a leasing for "-- ARs" or "until X deadline"
-Once the deadline is passed, you can ask for an extension! Otherwise it's considered expired and anything further is null.
-First injury will be healed by me, further injuries will need to be healed by you
-You must tag me the in the activities!
-Literature is A-OK! If you need help figuring out personalities/ideas for activities with my kukuri, let me know!
