Description
An entree for the 8-Bit Challenge. Featuring my cute little Ghost Rainbow dude. (:He inks rainbows.
The resize tool was being annoying when I had to put it on the shirt, which is why it looks slightly distorted. So I put the actual image on the side for you all.
There you go, guys!

And yeah, I know. I honestly didn't purposely copy yours or anything, but now that I remember, it really is similar. XD
No, I just took the Ghost Rainbow avatar I made a long time ago and then I thought, "Hey, this guy would probably work for the contest!" so I expanded him and made him coming out of some sort of hand-held gaming system. :3

what size of brush did u use I'm trying to make one ai using size 8 on the photoshop templet

On Photoshop I just used the Pencil tool and only used a size 1 brush. The smallest there is. And of course I made sure it was the pencil brush with the hard edge so that it looked pixely.
Then, I had to resize it. (I did this in a different window instead of on the template). So I resized it and copy and pasted it onto the shirt. But... The resize tool wasn't agreeing with me unless I resized it much bigger than I needed, so I made sure to put the actual image over there on the right (resized correctly) as you can see.

The picture? Well I had to fool around with it a bit, and you'll have to as well. To fit MINE on the shirt, I had to click "Image Size" and then I changed "pixels" to "percent", and then I changed 100 (which is the default percent size) to like... 120 or 130 or something.
As for the picture on the left, I simply changed 100 to 200, and it came out okay. You gotta make sure to go to the bottom of the Image Size thing, though, and click the drop box and change it to the one that says "preserves hard edges" in parenthesis. Like, "(preserves hard edges)".
The thing is though, it depends on what size your original image is. If your original image is, let's say, 50x50 pixels, you're probably going to have to resize it by a lot. But if it's much bigger, then you'll need to resize it by less.
It all depends, really. Just mess around with it. That's what I did.

You can technically draw it right on the template, but the best idea would be to make 4 pixels in a square shape to equal 1 pixel, that way it's big enough for you not to have to resize it.
