This could be a very good definition of epic, what a stunning drawing! It definetely would be scary to see a massive dragon on top of a tall building, specialy in a stormy day, it's simply the perfect combo. I love his furious expression and the pose that you he has there, he looks ready to attack. The perspective is perfect, and so does the storm going on in the background. The city background is very well drawn, really I like how it looks, you even made the windows of the buildings shine because of the lightnings.
