Hibari is actually one of the toughest character for me to draw (though probably the most popular character in KHR as well), so I feel relieved whenever I get compliment

Overall I like ten years later characters very much. I really liked Hibari in future arc. It was sad to see the series had to go back to present timeline at the end of arc. Haha.

I love Japanese patterns. They are so beautiful with so many colors, I thought it would be fun to draw them.

Yeah TYL Hibari in black suit was awesome but in kimono he was looking pretty elegant (especially with his fort/house looking like that XD), I hope I got some of that feel in my drawing.

Program means Tegaki Blog? If that's the case and for this particular drawing, then yes.
All ones I created with Tegaki Blog I had added "Tegaki Blog" in title.
Tegaki Blog program has slightly different palette function from TegakiE, but basically same thing, if you are familier with one or the other

For other digital drawings,I start out with pencil drawing on paper, then scan them with scanner then use software to clean line and coloring.
I am shamefully still using Photoshop Element 2.0 XD (the freebie software came with my first pen tablet XD).

I hope that answer your question, if I misunderstood, I'm terriblly sorry about that;;;

And everything, even comments, it will be all hand-drawn.
It's pretty handy and fun website

Yeah it's really interesting place. You get to see what other people do with exact same tool you use on your own (if you make an account and use it, anyway). There are so so many different styles, so many inspirations, pretty fun place to be

Yeah sure go for it, if you are up for it
You don't need to download anything, just make an account will let you use the tool when you make an entry, I've never heard of virus problem from both site.
You can say it's pretty safe.
