As far as I know, there are two. Sometime around the end of the first half of 143 & an episode where Keroro's mom & Natsumi switch bodies (both willingly). I can't remember what episode it is where Natsumi & Keroro's mom switch bodies, and I only saw the episode in Jap with no subs.
