How do I use it? I mean, what do I rename it to?

the only things that you need to rename are the two custom faces. But even then, all you need to do is get rid of the numbers that are attached to them. Everything else should already have the proper name.Β All you need to do is put the textures into the StreamingAssets folder

Ah. I think there are a few other ways, but for my computer I have to hold down fn and insert. then just go into MS paint (or whatever other paint tool you use) and paste the screen shot there
