True FeelingsNo matter how hard I try,
Nothing seems to go right,
As I lie here in my room,
On this cold, lonely night.
Surrounded by darkness,
Don't know which way to turn
If I go the wrong way,
No doubt I'll burn.
I just want to be happy,
Free from all the pain,
No more sleepless nights,
Driving me insane!
Will things ever change?
Felt this way for too long,
Something tells me they won't,
Hope that thought is wrong!
I guess only time will tell,
So let's just wait and see,
Until that day arrives,
I'll continue being me!
