Description The storm is coming
I've said it before
But this time it seems
To bring something more

The water flashes
And the lightning falls
Yet the flood that comes
Is not water at all

A
A whisper
whish

When steps of sand
Give way to waves
On the previous path
The last bridge caves

A
A flash
bang

There was a rock
Which I once knew
But where is it now
In this dark, dark blue?

That rock is out there
But few of them know
To be shipwrecked there
Is to at last arrive home

My heart is heavy
To see my mistake
The riches of temptation
Turned out to be fake

So many sailors
Awash in the sea
What's to say
One is not me?

As the ghost drifts in
He brings a new dread
That the beloved crew
Could end up dead

What could happen
Is not in my hands
He who will fall
Will be lost in the sands

Can this end be avoided?
Is it too late to leave?
Or has my stay been clocked
To leave me bereaved?

I hardly thought
It would come to this
But I in my horror
Have left the dark bliss
