Can't beat a lovely sunrise or sunset, the colours are always awesome!
Oh and btw, I don't think it's out of focus at all, yes the foreground trees are a little, but thats only due to the f stop setting you used, if that had been say around f 10 or f 14 you'd have a greater depth of field.

I actually quite like this pic. Nice shot. I've never seen an orange sunset in a while, I miss them (recently seen rainbow-like ones).
