You could do better. I feel this image was rushed and you weren't paying attention to your details. Mewtwo's left hip is apparently from the middle of his belly, to the middle of his rear, which doesn't work on a bipedal. Also at me mentioning this, the symmetry between the body's two hemispheres is very unbalanced. He apparently has more joints on his left leg, over his right, which is also somehow much longer than right though being far away. To make his right hand that large it would have to be raised more and you'd be seeing less arm. You made his forhead gargoylian with the extreme raise of the brow. And the tail... MSPaint does have a curve tool and even so, the tail is lumpy along its edges and visibly uneven. And the slight larger version of Mewtwo in the background looks like a space filler.
Frankly, you rushed this. You can finish pictures, but you severly cut back on your quality this time. I'm actually disapointed in you since can and do better pictures, and this from you is horrible. At your level you shouldn't be making these mistakes. Ever.

vaporeon.....I can NOT draw mewtwo perfectly first time okay? I am still learning and learning means there WILL be mistakes...and as for saying I have done better pictures....you have only said one nice thing about one of my pictures and that was "the perfect shot" picture...I don't count the first epic pose because I saw that more as sarcasm than a nice comment...honestly I did not want to wake up to you calling this artwork horrible and to see that I got this and that wrong..I cannot draw mewtwo I get it! but I really do NOT need to hear all this from you Vaporeon, and I have not drawn Mewtwo in a while either, do you expect me to pick up a pen and tablet and produce a work of art..? oh and also...rushed.....? yeah....I draw this I will tell you if I rushed it and guess what..I did not....I spent time on this..it may look horrible to you because you are ten times better than me at drawing mewtwo supposedly, but to me I feel I have done a good job, I made this for Metro, not so you could come along and slander it to the full extent....if you really want to say something about me work Vaporeon with this kind of critique, then I will click the button on the submit art section saying "Request Critique"...please be more considerate next time Vaporeon...this was something I woke up to..and I am not happy one bit now.....

You've drawn great Mewtwos. You pay attention to subtleties and nuances, and yet it looks like your art fell back, and you didn't care how it came out. If being mean to gets this reaction, then good. Means you actually have some fire in your gut and still care about your work. My worry was that you no longer did. And if you are going into art school, kicks in the pants are way worse than what I can do and for a lot more asinine things than squiggly lines.

Why don't you stop worrying about other people's art and their apparent flaws and worry about your own shit that is certainly full of flaws. Reality check, nobody is perfect. Definitely not you. Stop parading around like you're God's gift to the world when you're not. You don't have an ounce of respect for other people but yourself. Are you happy when you bash down someone's art instead of giving them an actual constructive critique? You can't recognize any art as good unless it is your own art. How stuck up can one person get? Do you even know what a friend is? Probably not because you bashed down the closest to a friend's art, as well. Natty's lucky to have a friend like Metro because she supports and encourages him to do great art, while you on the otherhand, produce words that is full of harsh and unneeded words that actually hurt the artist. Get that tree out of your ass, Vaporeon. You can't help people because you keep hurting them. If you're trying to help people, you can't hurt them first or further the already apparent damage. You're just a really horrible person.

Welcome to dA. And if you like staying here and so and so on, I'm the mean, critical know-it-all in the Mewtwo group. Nice to meet you.

I know exactly who you are, unfortunately. Vaporeon, get off the internet and stop making people's lives miserable. Worry about your shit before other people's art. You're not exactly Picasso or Michelangelo like you think you are. But you're not even reasonable. If you were reasonable, then none of us would be going back and forth feeding you troll. That's right. You're technically a troll. Someone who comments with intents of pissing off or hurting someone else. You have no clue how to help anybody but you think you are in the right all the time. Stop being so full of yourself. People can spot their own flaws. They don't need your so-called help. You haven't helped Natty at all in your comment, you only managed to hurt him. Are you comfortable with hurting people? Does hurting people get your point across? What an awful thing to do. I wonder if you went through the same thing in your childhood, hear nothing but awful critiques that's supposed to help you but only hurt you. I'm sorry if you did have to go through that. But don't take the wrong path and do the same thing. Of if I was wrong, just stop talking down to people like you're some Mewtwo god when you're not. I've seen MUCH better art. What I really don't like is how Mewtwo's face looks too human in your art. It's freaky and incorrect.

I have drawn mewtwos on MS Paint Vaporeon and wriggly lines are non existent, I am learning how to draw mewtwo on Photoshop with a tablet which is a completely new experience, I may be okay at drawing him on MS Paint..but I am not going to get far if I can only use Microsoft Paint. You do not need to be mean to get your point across, it helps with some people but I just don't like it at all, people can said things to me that involve critique in life and never did they say it in a horrible or nasty way, you don't need to follow that path to get your point across.

I wasn't in the mood to pat you on the head. Yes, you shaded. The Shadow ball looks nice. Gorgeous eyes as always. You finish images, you color, you excel at expressions, especially of the comedic variety, and probably would make a good storyboard artist for cartoons (pursue this, seriously). This didn't utilize your strong suits and yes, I was crude with my criticism, but I wasn't going to needlessly praise you either. You get that enough.
Using digital in general is going to throw off your proportions. You need to be aware of this. And drawing lines manually, you need to zoom and take way more time than necessary. So if it felt slow to you, it still needs to be slower. No one does a good line right off the bat, and it requires going back, and fixing repeatedly that in the end doing that alone will probably be the majority of your time devoted to one image. Although the use of PS instead of Paint does explain the line oddities.

Really, the nice comments I get Vaporeon, there nice to see and makes me pleased that people like it but that does not mean I am thinking "hey, people love my art so much..I don't need to improve at all" that's not the way to go at all I think "aww that's nice" then the moment has passed I do not let it go to my head and think I have reached my potential just because people on the internet love my art. No I was not expecting praise from you Vaporeon, but neither was I expecting you to call my artwork horrible, I am still learning and I wont be nearly as good as say :metros2soul: with her amazing line art for a good 2 years still maybe longer.

Every Mewtwo artist has strengths and weaknesses, and you'd probably be looking more to Mewsagi or Myuutsufan for examples of line quality. Metro's more uncompeted skills are likely her layer usage and dramatic framing. You should be referencing other artists you know, not just one since most people have better skills in other areas than others.
Horrible was me not censoring things such as, "Not so pleasant," "Not as good as," "Weaker than," "Subpar," "Low quality," and so on and so on. For your work, contrasted to your other work, and based on how long you've been drawing, the work wasn't stellar in contrast to older images, and it wasn't even that good. The wording still would have been negative to some extent.

Oh no, I'm am so sorry I have offended about the only person on dA who actually fears criticism! I want to see Natty do his best. And if he wants to be good in art, he needs to be concious of his work and take it seriously. Not my fault if you fail to see it.
