Description
Great gray owl (Strix nebulosa) is a largest owl in the world. The wingspan exceed 150 cm (5 ft). I painted the head of this wonderful bird on a wooden slice of unusual shape. I used a slice of the Maclura tree. The bird is painted with a thin brush of acrylic paint. Snowflakes fly around the head of the Big Grey Owl. This artwork made in a single copy.
