El Dorado is a legendary city made of gold, its a latin legend, when spanish reached to south america they met the Aztec, Maya and Inca civilizations which are rich with gold and many other jewels
didnt really came out the way I wanted it to be, probably because I tried to give it the effects like there is actually a city made of gold there

Only the Inca are crazy about gold. Maya prefers jade and aztec preferred feathers. Also Maya and Aztec were central/northern Mexico, not south America.
