Good morning All...
Well I went back into the marsh,early this morning,just before daybreak, where I found those Green Herons yesterday. I brought in my "big Rig", with a couple of pieces of wood to put down so the tripod wouldn't disappear into the mud. I was lucky enough to have this one and 2 others come flying in, and start feeding pretty close to me. I did encounter a problem though... they would feed around the clump of tall weeds, and I could hear them but couldn't see'em.
This one came out into a small opening, and I got lots of pics of it! After feeding for a bit, it started to come in my direction, and must've figured something amiss..because of a couple of ducks that flew off close by. After this shot it stood up, and then took off to a limb near it.
