Description
A "First for me!" I've finally got some pictures of a Common Egret.
This afternoon I went back to the pond, that's been drying up because of the drought and to my surprise.. A Common Egret was fishing on the far shoreline. Well I set up near the lily pads and what water remained and waited for it to feed closer to me. after about an hour it was getting close.. I mean close enough that I had to back off the lens from 500mm to around 300mm to capture some of these shots.
I was able to capture some shots of this Egret eating fish that it had caught... I'm posting 3 of them!
