Description Hi,
Well it's a balmy 4 F outside, so I decided to stay indoors till the wind died down. with a 20 Mph wind, well it get's really cold really fast, and even the birds would be tough to find.
However, the activity at my feeders was busy!...so I just cleaned off the glass door , and then shot these pics from the comfort of my Kitchen....Yup nice and warm and enjoying a big Mug of Coffee, while watching the birds and Squirrels.
I'm posting 2 shots, this and one of a Squirrel enjoy his new feeding station.

Enjoy!

Nice capture! One day, I want to go to Ontario and see some of these Blue Jays as they're common there. I also want to the Blue Jays in Toronto.

How large are these birds? Sparrow-sized? Larger?

They'll need a constant supply of food to survive all this cold.

Hi Tony, yeah they were working those feeders yesterday like crazy... I don't mind though. those calories help them deal with the bitter cold temps.

At first I thought it was a Bluejay in top hat, then I saw it wasn't. Probably ate it if it was/is hungry.
