Hi, After walking around the sandpit, I went down by the stream to check on what was happening down there. I did see a few Ducks, but they were tucked away in the weeds, so no postable pics. While there, this little Fly Catcher comes up stream and lands pretty close to me. I got a couple of pics, and this was the best...it had the notion to always put branches twigs or clumps of grass between me and it.
it was kinda dark where I was standing,so the pic is a little darker than what I usually post... I have a big stand of pine trees in back of me,and they block the Sun till late in the afternoon. From this spot, I normally shoot looking down stream to where the stream takes a sharp bend, and the ducks float up and around the corner, in a stream section of bright sun light.I didn't expect to see this one where it was...
