Yay. Finally a stamp and I managed to animate it all by myself. *pats myself on the back* I'm so proud of myself.
It took me a while to figure it out, but I looked up some tutorials on line and figured it out. Now I can make animated stamps whenever I want. 
This is another anti-Twilight Stamp which goes along with my Alucard beats Edward stamp. I love General Armstrong and all of his sparkly goodness. He is the only man who can sparkle and look good. He is the true sparkle man. 
Anyone can use this stamp, just let me know if you do.
All rights go to their respective owners. I do not own General Armstrong/FMA nor do I own Twilight (why would I want to).
