This is truly beautiful! The technique used for the fur and the wings is done magnificently. Shading and lighting were executed very well, also. I've seen some art like this before, but never this life-like! The colors combine really well and the foreground could be water or lightning (which is awesome!). There could have been more detail on the longer dark tail feathers like on the wings. The background is hard to see, but the trees look great! I enjoy the horns on the character since they show depth and are different. The creature itself is amazing and everything else I can't even describe with words that would really describe the beauty of your art work!

The calm blue colors at once attracted my attention. The creature (I don't know what to call it) is beautiful: its wings and tail feathers are stunning, and the overall majestic appearance of the beast is breathtaking. However, there are some small errors, like with the back leg it's kind of transparent in some spots. Also, the water in between its legs shouldn't be so high up considering where it is from the left and right side (or did you do that on purpose? it's hard to tell). A cool effect would to have some reflection of the beast in the water. Otherwise, it looks amazing: the balance of negative and positive space is good, vocal point, and depth perception are great.
