I don't know why i but i feel like Naruto will let her go for whatever reason, i can totally imagine him do something like that.
But once again, If Sakura cannot simply said "Sasuke fuck off, i grew up and i don't love you, i never did. It was just the crush of a very naive and candid little girl" then... as far i'm concerned, this is a recipe for disaster in her future relationship with Naruto or whoever man that enters her life.
