Speaking of tsunade was she to busy to train Sakura, be hokage and have time run a hospital and drink and gamble. So what's naruto's excuse for why he's too busy, missing his daughters birthday is a Dick move.
Hell at this point Sakura would be a better hokage than naruto, since even though naruto form what I've heard just became hokage he has done nothing in a time of quite not peace cause peace doesn't exist in naruto. Plus currently the village is destroyed and hopefully naruto and Hinata are dead.
