he should have kissed her right at that moment!!! i know its Jane Austen and she didn't want them to kiss yet, but it would have been so perfect if he roughly claimed her lips and finally got through her prejudice! i waited for it to happen, but it didn't, and i nearly cried, but i think its the most watched movie in my entire house and the book is probably my most prized possession, well that one and LOTR trilogy. this is a great picture.

Well, i think everybody waited for this moment, but i think... I think that the movie showed the surrender without need a kiss, just with Darcy declaring themselves, and Lizzie accepting it.

that is true, and except for the ending that was my fav moment in the movie, the intensity was amazing. it held everything the bbc series lacked, not that i disliked the bbc version, i worshipped it and Colin was my hero for a long time, but Matthew gave Mr. Darcy something so compelling, you couldn't help but love him.
