The shading/cel-shading is well-done, love how you did give the hair some of its own free-will . You could say the style is about as accurate as the one in the show itself, you did a great job here, might as well give yourself a pat on the back.

Most people would go for extra detail, but this here is just the amount of detail you need, there aren't many problems present in this piece, just the left ear does look a tad bit funny as the inside of the ear does cover much of the ear's inner radius, just slightly make it a tad bigger and it should be fine.
