Description
Griffus was often around the farm, looking for the hens safety from afar. The vixen was letting him, as he was not dangerous towards her poultry, quite the contrary. She was however unsure about letting him go near her. After all, he was alaways glaring at her and snarled when she was close.

She was a fox, and foxes are predator to chicken. It was already running a joke within the neigbourhood.

When Vivianne was trying to fend a wild fox, the latter was more persistent and snared at her. A loud shriek, following the sound of fast footsteps stopped the animal: he nearly got crushed by a heavy foot. Before the bared teeth of the rook, the fox did not insisted and ran away.

Griffus glared at the vixen, paralyzed by his presence. He smirked before he left, the head high, chuckling like mad turkey.

Despite the fact that it was protecting the hens, the message was pretty clear for the vixen. He could really have hurt her from the very beginning, yet he had not. At least, as long as she takes care of the chicken.
