Its the power of sex my friend. Since statistically most crime is done by males, I'd say while objectifying women (unfortunately), its a sure fire way to make MOST male criminals hesitate shooting, or running away from cops if they are being chased by a cop that looks like THAT and is wearing THAT. Its a double-edged sword...but hey, whatever works.
