Absolutely precious! I love her sweet eyes! Her whole conception is just beautiful. Those adorable little wings...the precious muzzle...that mane and tail! Absolutely love how you made her manestyle reminiscent of her adult form and yet suited for a filly. The pink minky you used is just gorgeous for this purpose - you really feel her personality through the cottony hair and wonder-filled eyes. Her cutie mark just completes the deal - extremely colorful and vibrant and giving her filly self a new life in a way that I have never appreciated fully from adult!Celestia. Love how this dear one makes you think!
And that crown is just too adorable. Lovely embroidery work and proportions once again in harmony with one another. You simply can't look at her and not smile!
