Could you please teach me how to do that? I'm thinking about doing a dramatic reading of "Flutterbat vs. Timberjack" and I want to use SFM to make some images for it.

A lot of it comes from experimenting, and knowing how the models work, and essentially just breaking them. There's a few other skills you'd need to know and master things like Scale mods, parent to sibling bone translation, and so on.

Well, I tried to add scale to the timberwolf, but it didn't work.

Kinda have to be a bit more creative than that XD
This particular image took use of 3 Timber wolf models and 2 Aj models. Really don't wanna get long winded but it's the only way to properly explain this. For this image I started off by first taking an Aj model and shrinking her Left Leg 2 and Right leg 2 bones all the way down, then I shrunk her Head down all the way as well. After this i spawned 3 timber wolf models, and set them aside(outside of the cameras view).
I took one and grabbed it's Left and right shoulder bones(since they parent the forearms and such), at this point I scaled them down to about Aj's size(which case the bones to spread apart), Locking the shoulders with Aj's I aligned em so it'd look like they were fuzed, and not simply just placed on her. From there I took the Timber wolf Fore arms and did the same thing.
After this I took the Timber wolf head(of the same one that lost it's arms), scaled it smaller than Aj's(using the second Aj model) and pit it roughly where her head should be(to make the "antennae", I grabbed the second Timber wolf, and selected it's pelvis, i then spun it 180 degrees on it's blue axis(I think it's X but I cant remember right now), which i then placed it under neath Aj's chest(the Aj you're working on), I then scaled it so that the Timber wolfs chest protrusion came out just enough to where it was visible, but felt natural and uh... not in her way.
After this I took it's arms, legs and thighs and moved them out of the way.
Finally I took the third Timber wolf, and moved various parts of him over AJ to add some "Detail bits" like the tail, and spiny bits. Finishing it off, I took the Second Aj model, shrunk everything but her neck and head down, and place it over the other Aj's neck(Since she has no head), aligning it so it adds and extension to Aj's neck and trying to not leave a crease(Adjust the timber wolf head as necessary). Add in some basic light magic and what not and you should at the very least... have a somewhat presentable thingamadoohikie.
That's about as simple as I can say it without actually showing you what and how to do it.
You can download >This< Β to how I built the scene, Long as you have the "Forest DIM" Map from the workshop, "Timberwolf" model and poninnahkas ponies, you should be good.

Like I had said, it's a bit much to try and explain through words, hence why I broke it up into parts, and sections.
Also why I sent that link as well.

Is there a model for this?

No, Not yet unfortunately. This was all done using and breaking several models in SFM, However.
did say awhile back he was interested in making a model based off of this image. So if you want you can talk to him.

I wonder what could possibly happen that made her like that. Was it another "Twilight playing God" scenario?

The fog i did in GIMP, as a post edit, The eyes however was done by selecting skin 3 on VN aj and rolling them backwards so the pupils were hidden.
Everything elese was done by adding in 13 lights XD

I'm sure you could find a way, if you really needed to.
This wasn't too hard, just need to know how to tear models apart and resize em.

Yea, I can't model, don't know how
So i have to be creative with ideas, and take more... physical steps in creating stuff XD

But I'm not really in the mood at the moment to recreate this again, took me forever to get here a good balance of Timber and Jack XD
