A really sad piece but it's cute altogether, and I love the background it gives it the feel of both 'she is sad and want's to be alone' and 'she has something on her mind'.
No for the editing bit. The wing that is on her right needs to show more along the back, because from the way it looks her back is slightly turned to her left. Hope this makes sense. And also I agree with ~animefreec about the eyes needing to be narrower, to give her more of a sad expression. Hope this wasn't to harsh or anything and I hope it helps.
