To me, it almost looks like Zelda: WindWaker style, but not quite... but hey! Whatever, it's kinda cute xD

Aha I like this very much! Even for being chibi-ish the attention to detail in the eyes, hair, and staff are absolutely faaaaantastic~! Her pose paired with that mischievous smile kind of reminds me of the little trouble making fairies that would steal away children, it seems to kind of show a less serious/scary side of the Charmed Witch. So in short, I love it. c: Pardon the text wall please.
