I always draw on a canvas over 1000x1000 and zoom in at least 300% to do the lines-- you'd be amazed how much it helps

I do all my line in pencil and line them in art pens. They never come out smooth once I scan them.
I'm getting a tablet soon though, thanks for the tip! <3
