Heavenly symmetry. And what an appropriate quote.

hehe logophilia eh? Well all I can say is 'moi aussi' dude! Its etymology which particularly fascinates me, the deeper, more embedded meaning of a word I suppose!
Ive just spent the last hour or so perusing your marvellous Padley Wood site! (and offshoot links) Its as if it were written specifically for me! I was cackling at the screen in delight! Thanks so much for taking the time to put so much enriching mind fodder up for us all to nibble on! I have bookmarked it, and will certainly be back! I own several of the books you have recommended/reviewed and am very impressed with the philosophies you have espoused.... (from the small portion I have seen so far) Brilliant stuff!!
And, with regards to your question, I think its a bit of both, dont you? I think there are certainly archetypal forms that a sizeable portion of the population would 'home in' on (eg humanoid body shapes, faces etc), but there are also many individualistic visions/forms that other people may struggle to see, it also depends on your current state of consciousness, which is dependent upon a huge number of variables!

I can read reasonably well and write li'l bit but can't speak particularly fluently. I'd taken Sanskrit as a third lanuage (other two being Hindi and English) during school but not beyond that. As you'd know Sanskrit is root of so many languages across the world..Here are some of the examples from my observations:
1. Matri(sanskrit)>Mader(Persian)>mother(english)
2. Bhratri>Birader>Brother
3. Duhitr>Dukhtar>Daughter
4. Pitra>..>father
There're so many more which i'll keep sharing with you. can i have ur email? mine:siddharthsurana@gmail.com

it is unfortunate that the glitch in Dev art has your description looking like eek experience. I think it is the combo of quote an p that puts a winkie eye instead of the p.
anyway, it looks like a rocket taking off.
" To make this mundane world sublime
Take half a gram of phanerothyme."
Aldous Huxley
"To sink in hell or soar angelic
You'll need a pinch of psychedelic."
Humphry Osmond

hehe yes that particular glitch has had me a number of times! Now Fixed! Glad to see you are aware of that legendary quote! Eek experience is not far off the mark to be honest... so the rocket symbology could also be quite apt...
