Wow, that is some serious redesign. Maybe too generic for Eldar, it loses that distinct alien feel they normally have, but interesting nonetheless (and nicely done too).

Gimp 2.8 and a Wacom Intuos. Xia Taptara has some great tutorials which have really helped me develop my own style.
