Any Jak and Daxter fans around here?!Not a spell type of "enchanted" but still somewhat in the same realm, I've decided to do Jak and Daxter for this prompt! Originally I wanted to do Skyrim fanart of the one quest about Meridia but this is so much easier to do and more fun. This is basically the scene where Daxter falls into the pit of dark eco and gets turned into the ottsel we all know and love lol...
Btw Jak and Daxter is such a great game series! The first game will always be the best for me personally, it was one of the first games I remember playing on my PS2, full of imaginative designs and fantastic art direction. The characters and music were also amazing and it still holds up to this day as a great game all around, even for its age.

I am also a big fan of the Jak And Daxter franchise. And my favorite game for sure is Jak II, both on the franchise and on PS2.
I have the classic trilogy on PS2, as well as the Daxter game on PSP. I still plan to get Jak X and TLF.

Oh yes, I know. In fact I was kinda secretly waiting to see your reaction to this drawing haha, glad you like it!! Jak II has such a strong sense of atmosphere, it's a great game! While it was drastically different to the first entry, I actually really enjoyed the dark and gritty story and characters lol.
Aw dang, awesome! I really do want to play Daxter one day, it's the only other game in the series besides TLF that I haven't played and it sounds AWESOME, it's like the Secret Agent Clank of the Jak and Daxter series! (if you know Ratchet and Clank, I mean. I'm not sure if you got the joke) I actually have Jak X on the PS2 and it's a fun game definitely, but I haven't gotten too far in it.

Yes, Jak II is truly an amazing game in my opinion. It's the first of the Jak And daxter franchise I've played. I still have him, and I keep it with great affection. I played this game so much that I don't know how many times I finished it. And I really like the story too, that dark aspect and at the same time fun at times. This game also reminds me of an anime, and I think this is one of the things I like about this game. well that's what i think hehe. And I really like the Dark Jak transformation too. I had many inspirations with this transformation. I've done his sculpture twice, too, and I want to create a current and improved version.
Yes, it is a game that you will really enjoy playing. It is one of the best PSP games. I have it in UMD, and I like to see it in my collection. Yes, I know this rival franchise of the Jak And daxter series, and I only have the second game in the Ratchet And Clank series. And yes, I understand the reference, Clank has its own PSP game just like Daxter.
I've actually played all the Jak and Daxter franchise games with the exception of PS3, PS VITA and PS4 remasters.
Only Jak X and TLF that I don't have at the moment, but I had already played with them.
In the case of Jak X, if you have already noticed, there is a terrible bug that when saving the game progress, it simply stops there, and does not continue progress, causing the player to be forced to turn off the console, and thereby corrupting the memory card in the process. The Greatest Hits edition has solved this problem. Well, that's what they said.

Shoot man i remember playing the first game, this just smacked me with nostalgia. I never did beat it.
My childhood also consisted of ty the Tasmanian tiger,Kao the kangaroo,Spyro to name a few d: it's amazing to see you draw these iconic characters

Ahh nice to see ya again, Kel! And YESsssss omg I actually didn't beat the first game until like, two years ago. The feeling when I finished it was super surreal though, kinda like when you finally face up against unfinished business you thought you left in the past. It's a shame that the following entries were so drastically different to the first game. They weren't bad games by any means but imo 2 and 3 (which, btw why is 3 written in numerical and then 2 is in Roman numerals?? lmao) were so much more gritty and edgy, (AND JAK TALKS?) It just didn't feel like the same thing anymore lol.
Literally all of those I know, holy yakow. Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was SO GOOD, I remember begging my parents to take me to Gamestop just to get it lol. I actually found out about Kao the Kangaroo some months ago when they were giving out free copies of the second game on PC on Steam. It feels and plays like a bootleg Rayman 2 but I love it all the same haha. Thank you so much! It's a blast drawing them c;
