So here's the three designs I thought up based on the three Godzilla designs I'm most familiar with, 90s, 2000s and the 2014 era Godzilla. While thinking up for a better design of "Father Godzilla", I had to take note on how previous designs works, as well as the several "Mobster" archetypes used in fiction.

Now let's start from left to right.

First, 2000s era Godzilla. Due to his "leaner" aesthetic compared to the giant that was Heisei era Godzilla, I gave off a more "young" mobster vibe compared to the other two. Overall, I kinda like the design mostly due to how stylish the design is (my bias for 1920s clothing is showing).

Next comes 90s era Godzilla, inspired by more "Budy Cop Movie" type gangsters, who wear less elaborate suits compared to their 20s counterparts. He has much more "Laughably Evil" vibe than the others, and strikes as the Godzilla that intimidates by just how much fun he's having making other folk's lives miserable.

The last design for 2014 Godzilla is based on the Kingpin, or "Kingpin-esque" characters, who are large, intimidating and more than able to back up his strength in the underground with his physical might. OH, and canes!
