Description Siberian tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) swimming in what seems like his personal pool. Zoo Leipzig, Germany.
Shot through glass.

Featured at TigersTiger running free,
 Tiger running through the scrub,
 The sun upon his back.
 Muscles rippling all aglow,
 He’s sprinting down the track,
All lesser beasts they hide away,
What can they do but cower?
They feel it in their frightened souls,
 This wild cats mighty power.
 But striped oppressor doesn’t care.
That’s not where he is at,
He’s just playing with his cubs!
This big, soft, gentle cat.

I am sure he'd be happy to warm with a nice snug-gable warm body.

I thought so too, and it took him about 9 or 10 circles through his enclosure until he finally jumped in.

Luckily this zoo only closes at 7 pm. Those tigers didn't show up until around 5 pm or so, but I could have watched them all day long. It never get's boring with these guys.
