I prefer Rolfe over Smith and in history smith was just as much a jerk as the second film (which was not all that awful in my opinion) makes him out to be, I just don't get why disney made smith a "prince" when Rolfe was far more "princely" to begin with

Pocahontas was considered a princess by the British. Her father had a king-like power compared to other chiefs so I don't blame them. Yes I agree Rolfe should be the official one in Disney's merchandise.

i just feel that john rolfe's assimilation into a foreign tribe would be much more amusing than john smith's. i think that's part of the reason that i like him more.
