Used another base.. I know. This one was a litte difficult.. Theres no symbol for this Zodiac.For 's Ophiuchus contest.
My Sailor Ophiuchus is also known as the 13th warrior. She rules of over the stars in the Ophiuchus constellation.
Yes the snake is part of her fuku, and it is a real snake.
(Ps. I don't draw snakes, ever. So thats why the snake may look so messed up.)

Technique: Scales of Deep Sky - an attack in which Ophiuchus screams, causing the noise vibrations to create a large long snake that flies through the attacking enemy and stuns then, the noise also blocking their hearing for an amount of time. This attack can only be used on one enemy at a time.
Likes: being around other people, reptiles, fish, meat
Dislikes: Not being the Sailor leader for the zodiac, grainy and fiberous foods, snow
EDIT told me that my Ophiucus design was close to what he had originally pictured, along with one other,so he fused mine with 's Ophiucus ([link] ) to form the ULTIMATE...:[link]

I like the overall base, and the background's very nice, but her ground foot is kind of at an awkward angle, it looks like it's been twisted or broken or something. You could try redrawing it at a different angle with more of a foreshortening, which would make it look more like its pointing toward you instead of the opposite direction.
Since this is just a base, I won't say anything about darker shading on the snake, since at points it sort of blends into itself and makes it hard to tell where it ends and begins.
Other than that, its a wonderful design and all, great job!

Sailor Zodiac Ophiuchus by *Ne0Geisha is not a "critique" at all.
I mean, he didn't say anything even remotely productive to *Ne0Geisha and, in my opinion, seemed rather pompous and arrogant by only repeating that rude question.
*Ne0Geisha requested a critique. Meaning she wanted constructive criticism. I see nothing that helps her within the limited scope of =arvalis ' comment. It was entirely unfair.
He could of said that the anatomy of the right foot was off, and to fix it, she could change the angle of the foot--THAT would've been acceptable. But his obvious magniloquent "critique" was simply spoken to be disrespectful; and THAT is unacceptable--especially for a senior artist that should be a role model.

A lot of people think the dual snakes winding around a staff is the correct symbol, but it's not. It's a single serpent winding around a wooden staff. There are also no wings involved. The background you used depicts the Caduceus of Mercury (Latin) or the Karykeion of Hermes (Greek). This symbol should not be associated with Ophiuchus at all, whose correct symbol is called the Rod of Asklepios/Asclepius. Ophiuchus is also the ninth sign of the zodiac, not the thirteenth, but no one really cares for that information

Overall it looks nice. the only thing bugging anatomically wise is the foot. Here's my little tip: the foot and the kneecap always line up. Other than that I like it.

Other than that, I seriously don't think the series needs any more Sailors. ...She seems a bit mary sue-ish, and the background doesn't match very well.
You have a very cute style, and a good concept of shading, so it's not that bad of a picture. Your concept of anatomy seems decent, but I'd really work on which way your feet face. x3 Good job?

Yeah... there was nothing critique about it. It made me very upset, and yes I know that the foot looks a little off, but everyone else who commented on it gave tips on how to improve it.. I mean seriously .. if your going to be an ass... do it somewhere else.
