ooooh that's a fantastic capture. i remember some basketball playgrounds in my hometown... a lot of them had no rings too. that was really shitty however... a great shot... the shadows are nice, as well as the colors. nice composition.

Wow... That's a hell of an eye you have there.

The colors are so wierd that it would make me think you've modified them... But the picture shows no evidence of it...

No ring, no basket, no basket ball.
This is a wonderful photo.
The way you divided the pic horizontally in three layers - the ground, the wall, the sky.
Simple, but so rich - the aperures in the wall and the vertical accents.

this really rocks!
as ~king-kong said. it's so simple and so BEAUTIFUL!
the shadow the basketball-thingy has really freaks me out!

the only little annoyance is the amount of noise. but that's still ok.

I love this. Its flat and kinda surreal. I like how the colors "talk" 2gether - only thing I dont like is the 'fading' out to white on the right.

now this is art.

i have yet to attempt shots like these because they require such an acute eye. the simplicity in the colors, shapes, shades. it's absolutely amazing. It's a mathamatical equation graphically expressed through art.
