Description
The Mail Man was corrupted from being in the Pale City and having effects from the tower, though he was still granted to think as a normal human. He is unable to speak, but he can communicate through writing and he understands English.
Despite having a mind of his own, his job is still one of his main priorities, and that is sorting and sending mail.
He usually will try to throw out or kill strangers that invade his office. If it is someone he knows (ex. X or Band), he doesn't pay any mind to it.

Unlike other corrupted civilians in the Pale City, he does not find any interest in televisions.
He takes care of X the best he can, sheltering her from the outside threats of the Pale City, while Band has been separated from them.
