THE FUR OF WOMAN (english translation)

I caught her heart one summer day
lying tired on the water
The air was heaving with fertility
And the likes of us long not
Burrowed into the hair of woman
She sang her most beautiful song as black as tar
Until night fell
There she lay without her dress

I picked up three twigs up from the bush
And laid them on her stomach
She was so young and old enough
And her belly button also engulfed in hair
And down below that lay the mouth of a shell
I don't care what you think of me
She only gave me a night
Unfortunately like snow which melts away

Only a dream on the pale pond

Now the hussy has made a fool of me
Without her mouth, the grass was hard
And water isn't the lap of a woman
If you make a mistake on the pale pond
Paired with a moon woman perhaps
Is then my heart is free of the pain
And soon to sing a new song of love
Like a net which pulls shells from the depths
